Our Story
Time of Wonder School was born from a powerful realization that changed everything we thought we knew about early childhood care. Did you know that 90% of your child's brain development happens before their fifth birthday? That every giggle, every question, every moment of discovery is literally building the architecture of their future success?
We founded Time of Wonder School because we believe every child deserves caregivers who understand this incredible science and know how to turn it into joyful, meaningful experiences. We're not just watching children play – we're nurturing the most critical period of human development with intention, expertise, and wonder.
My name is Yicel Gonzalez, I am the Executive Director of Time of Wonder School (TOWS). I have a bachelor's degree in formal education and science. I also have vast experience in early learning education with an extensive career in preschool administration and management.
At TOWS, we provide age-appropriate curriculums starting at just 6 weeks of age and ending with our VPK program. All of our curriculums included math, language arts, science, social studies and spanish. From our morning greeting songs that build language pathways to our afternoon explorations that develop problem-solving skills, nothing happens by accident at Time of Wonder School. We've carefully crafted experiences that turn ordinary moments into extraordinary brain-building opportunities.
